What is Clara’s Dream?

Clara’s Dream is an invitational production featuring our youth ballet students and select featured leads. It’s a cornerstone of our ballet program, providing students with the chance to:

  • Strengthen their skills through engaging choreography

  • Experience the joy of performing on a professional stage

  • Collaborate with peers across age groups

  • Build confidence, artistry, and a sense of community

Each season, dancers bring this timeless story to life in three spectacular performances, complete with stunning costumes, magical scenery, and professional lighting.

Clara’s Dream is open to students enrolled in eligible ballet classes at Impact Dance Center.

  • Featured Leads: Selected via audition each August, these roles involve dedicated outside rehearsals to master choreography.

  • Ensemble Roles: Most ballet students will learn their choreography during regular weekly classes.

Participation in the production also includes:

  • An all-cast photo day

  • A studio rehearsal

  • A theater dress rehearsal
