Facility Rentals at Impact Dance Center

Looking for a space to host your next rehearsal, workshop, or event? Impact Dance Center offers two conveniently located facilities with a variety of studio spaces available for short-term rental. Whether you're planning a meeting, audition, or birthday party, our studios provide the perfect backdrop for your event.

FACILITIES

Impact Dance Center has two locations available for rental:

Los Alamitos

Studios: 5 spacious dance studios
Additional Spaces: Lobby, homework room, instructor lounge, and kitchenette
Location: Just a few miles from the 605 and 405 freeways, across from Costco and Gourmet Pie Cafe
Parking: Ample free parking in the lot and adjacent cul de sac

Cypress

Studios: 3 dance studios
Additional Spaces: Lobby, Pilates studio, and homework room
Location: Located near the 91 and 605 freeways, in the same center as IHOP and Jack In The Box
Parking: Ample free parking in the lot

Both locations feature:

Professional sound systems
Mirrors and ballet barres
Proper dance floors (wood and vinyl/Marley available)
High ceilings
Public WiFi

Short-Term Rentals for Rehearsals, Classes, & Workshops

Our studios are available for rental when not in use by the studio’s regular programming. We offer reasonable rates for individuals, community groups, and arts or educational organizations.

Note: Impact Dance Center does not sublet to independent instructors offering similar services to our studio’s programming.

Room Rentals Are Available 7 Days a Week*

*Additional fees may apply for rentals outside of normal operating hours.

Insurance Requirements

All rentals require proof of insurance coverage with a minimum of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, covering bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. Impact Dance Center must be named as an Additional Insured. Insurance documents must be submitted at the time of booking.
