Tuition & Enrollment
Tuition for Impact’s primary dance season (mid-August through mid-June) is calculated across the full season and divided into 10 equal monthly installments for simple, predictable family billing. Families benefit from built-in multi-class savings as weekly training increases.
Tuition is prorated for students enrolling after the season begins.
At registration, students pay the first tuition installment along with an annual membership fee.
When you enroll at Impact, you are reserving a place in a class with limited capacity. Monthly tuition reflects your dancer’s reserved placement and ongoing training experience throughout the season, not solely the number of classes attended in a given month.
-
Installment payments are processed August through May.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 3rd. A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts with unpaid balances beginning on the 4th.
A valid credit card is required on file for AutoPay after initial enrollment fees are paid. Families wishing to pay by cash or check must submit payment prior to the 1st of the month to avoid the scheduled AutoPay charge.
Student Programs (i.e. Company and Classical) payment plans are processed on the 15th of each month, with a grace period through the 18th. A $25 late fee applies to overdue balances.
Tuition and registration payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accounts with outstanding balances of 30 days or more may be placed on hold, and students may be temporarily removed from class rosters until balances are resolved.
-
Withdrawal requests must be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM Pacific on the last business day of the current billing cycle to avoid tuition charges for the upcoming month.
For example, to avoid an October tuition charge, a withdrawal request must be received by September 30 at 5:00 PM Pacific.
Tuition is not automatically canceled when a student stops attending class. Non-attendance, verbal notice, or informing an instructor does not constitute an official withdrawal.
All account balances must be paid in full prior to withdrawal processing.
To request a class drop or account withdrawal, please submit your withdrawal request electronically here →

Impact Dance Center is committed to creating high-quality performance experiences that allow dancers to grow, perform, and celebrate their progress throughout the season. Regular attendance is one of the most important contributors to a dancer’s growth, confidence, and progress. Showing up consistently builds trust between teacher and student and reflects respect for the class, the training process, and those around them.
Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy to currently enrolled weekly group class students when an age- and level-appropriate alternative class is available. Make-up availability is not guaranteed and remains subject to class capacity and instructor approval.
If your dancer will be absent due to illness, school events, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances, please notify the studio in advance through your family portal or by emailing the front desk whenever possible.
Make-up classes must be completed within 30 days of the missed class and within the same session in which the absence occurred (Fall, Spring, or Summer). Unused make-up classes do not roll over into future sessions or seasons.
A maximum of 2 make-up classes may be scheduled within a 30-day period.
Make-up classes are not available for workshops, intensives, camps, private lessons, semi-private lessons, drop-in classes, or select specialty programs.
